1. Check if the air source has air
2. Is the pressure detected by the pressure solenoid valve adjusted high
3. Is there a disconnection in the connecting line
4. The air pressure solenoid valve is broken
When there is a lack of air pressure, first check the pressure gauge to see if it is really a lack of air pressure. If it is really a lack of air pressure or a lack of air, check the air source.
If there is gas and an alarm is triggered, you can check if the pressure solenoid valve has set the pressure too high. Generally, it is enough to set it to 4MPA, but if it is too high, it can be reduced to 4MPA.
If the air pressure solenoid valve is not set too high, you can short circuit the signals X21 and+24V connected to the air pressure solenoid valve to see the diagnostic input signal in the system (FANUC system is the "signal" X3.0 in "PMC maintenance").
The new generation system is equipped with a diagnostic signal I016. Is there a signal change? If there is a signal change, it may be a problem with the air pressure solenoid valve. You can try replacing it with a new one.
