1) After receiving CNC machined parts, dedicated acceptance personnel will be dispatched to inspect the materials, specifications, models, and quantities of the added parts in accordance with the contract provisions and drawing requirements.

2) The acceptance period is generally 1-2 days. Special circumstances depend on the effectiveness of use. If there are quality issues, they can be returned to the processing unit. The claim shall be borne by the processing party for economic losses.

3) Generally, processing contracts signed by non production departments are directly accepted by the user department and an acceptance report is filled out.

4) The acceptance personnel should conduct major repairs on the parts that have not passed the acceptance within the specified acceptance period.

5) The acceptance of special precision machining parts shall be jointly inspected by relevant personnel organized by dedicated acceptance personnel, and a detailed report shall be filled out. For unqualified parts, a detailed inspection form should be filled out as a condition for improving machining accuracy, and the selection direction of future parts outsourcing processing manufacturers should be determined.
