Description:
You should be responsible for the management of comprehensive or large-scale projects, acting as the roles of both a bid team leader and general technical engineer:
A. To work with the account team to manage account opportunities, organize and take part in pre-bid technical direction, respond to tender documents, produce bidding documents, negotiate the key issues with clients.
B. To understand the project timeline and develop a project plan to meet the relevant milestones on time and steer the team to successful completion.
C. To understand customer requirement, especially the solution requirement. Coordinating all team members to work on the requirement analysis, strategy and solution design.
D. To prepare and present impressive bids/tenders which balance technical/commercial competitiveness, solution quality and profitability, with contribution from all team members throughout the bidding and evaluation phase.
